From the outside, it looks like an ordinary, unassuming object that is commonly associated with beauty and attractiveness, but inside, it hides a deadly secret.
This “lipstick” is a disguised 4.5mm single-shot pistol developed by the KGB, the Soviet Union’s main security, intelligence and secret police agency in 1965. Small enough to fit in desk drawers and purses, the lipstick gun was created mainly for female spies to be used during espionage and covert missions.

Its nickname, “Kiss of death”, is derived from the weapon’s ability to shoot its victim by pressing the barrel, combined with its deadly and alluring facade.
